Youth Social Institution Holds Independent Business Training

Jakarta Social Dept.'s Youth Social Institution Bina Taruna Jaya (PSBR) holds independent business training for 50 youths.

After this training, we hope they can be more independent and have skills to fulfill their needs

Jakarta Social Dept. Head, Irmansyah stated, this training is done through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) cooperation with one of international private electronic companies.

"It is important to cooperate using CSR in order to make fostered children to be more developed, advanced, and independent," he said, Sunday (8/26).

Salak and Melinjo Processing Training Given to 20 OK OCE Participants

He added, this activity is one of Jakarta Provincial Government commitments for the welfare of its citizens.

"After this training, we hope they can be more independent and have skills to fulfill their needs," he mentioned.

Taruna Jaya PBSR Head Dumyani explained, they learn to repair mobile phone and other electronic products, then also furniture.

After being trained for six month, he continued, they will get a chance to have internship in that company.

"Company could recruit one of them which has a potential. This thing can reduce number of employment in Jakarta," he stated.
